“Post viral” is not an “inclusive” term. It’s misleading and impedes finding best care for patients. There are hundreds of studies on persistence now. Denying the implications of that is going to hurt millions. Stop & think abt it.
It’s not helpful. It’s harmful. It’s not more “inclusive.” It’s misleading. There are HUNDREDS of studies on persistence, virus hides in tissue all over the body in ppl w LC AND asymptomatics. I will call out bad faith when I see it. This appears questionable to me, at best.
