Thereโs only 9 days till my birthday and I am determined to feel happier for it. I have had enough of feeling so sad I need to find some light in life. This morning slimming world done and now meeting a friend for coffee ๐งก
My life might be spiralling out of control right now but at least my weight loss is still on track. Another -2.5lbs lost this week
