The vote for Ramsey County board District 7 seat is close enough for a publicly-funded recount, according to county officials. Story updated with that info.
With 22 out of 22 precincts reported, Kelly Miller has 49.58% of the vote and Sarah K. Yang has 49.49% for the Ramsey County District 7 seat - which represents Maplewood, North St. Paul and White Bear Lake - according to MN Secretary of State website.
