Psychological support (clinical & performance) has been slow in the racing industry, very far behind in comparison to other professional sports, more support over the years has been provided but it’s still not enough & there seem to be no preventative systems in place.
when the leg day killed you off so badly you need a minute to reconsider all your life choices before you drive home 🥲🤣 god damn that one was HARD
