58% of tenants consider their rent to be reasonable. Amazing, but true: 11% say it is low or very low. This is the result of a survey conducted every year by the consulting firm Analyse & Konzepte from Hamburg. A representative survey was conducted of 1,000 tenant households.


The 2018 risk-return ranking by Dr. Lübke & Kelber shows: In only 48 of the 111 cities analysed is it cheaper in the long run to finance your own condominium than to rent it.


The social housing programme in Munich has not been very successful. At halftime, only 843 of the planned 3,000 apartments had been built. The overall housing construction balance is much more positive. 8,272 of 8,500 units were completed.


According to a study of UBS, Munich is the most overvalued real estate market after Hong Kong. According to the study, real property prices in Munich have doubled in the last 10 years.
