This ☀️ patio weather has us ready to dig into some Caribbean Shrimp Ceviche! Inspired by our recent visit to Cartagena, Colombia - this ceviche has shrimp marinated in lime juice, coconut milk, cucumber, serrano, bell pepper, goldenberry & plantain tostones for scooping!
