Enjoyed an exquisite #ShoyuRamen 🍜 made by Yoshimi Onishi (from #UzutoKaminari), a brother of Yuki Onishi who founded #JapaneseSobaNoodlesTsuta. He orchestrated a symphony of flavors with the fine ingredients, homemade noodles, and kaeshi crafted by Yuki before he passed away.
