This has made me feel sick. And this only accounts for registrants… how rife is sexual harassment within the ambulance service?

If anyone needed a horrifying statistic to round off their day… Paramedics make up 11% of all HCPC registrants, but represent 64% of all HCPC investigations into sexual harassment against colleagues. This is abhorrent. Things have to change. #NQP #Paramedic

A weekend of learning for me as a candidate on the @ResusCouncilUK EPALS course. Then onto NLS on Wednesday, to remain credible as a Resuscitation Officer.

Remembrance is coming so I’ve had my medals sorted. This morning started with a Corporal on form… ‘What about your Waterloo medal?’. So now he’s litter picking the front of the building. With thanks to Harry at Gryphon Medals for a truly stunning job. @GryphonMedals

I just saw someone compare being burnt out to ‘driving with the check engine light on’ And I feel like that’s a pretty good explanation.

A-level results are not the end of the road. I flunked mine and I’m now working towards an MSc in Advanced Practice having already gained a PGCert with not a penny of student debt. There is always a door just waiting to be opened.

This A-Level results day, members of #TeamEEAST are sharing their experiences with education and career journeys. Read more about Harry’s journey from getting his A-Levels to starting his #CareerForLife 👇 eastamb.nhs.uk/newsroom/a-lev… #ALevelResultsDay

Are you looking for a new adventure? We are looking for an Emergency Care Assistant to come and join our team as a Technical Crew Member. You'll be assisting the pilot on route to scene, then assisting the paramedics and docs on scene. Very rewarding role. linkedin.com/posts/yorkshir…

In February I took this selfie, which shows a 5cm chest wound inflicted by an immigrant, causing me internal bleeding & heavy bruising. He was a cardiac electrophysiologist at St George’s Hospital, Tooting, London, & the pacemaker-defibrillator he expertly fitted saved my life.❤️

Proud to see @grif_mrs getting on so well with her ACP training. It is good to see the support our ACPs in Urgent Care are getting to provide care to our patients.
