I'm so weirded out every time I see or hear "X Israelis is equivalent to X Americans." It makes it seem like Israelis lives are worth more than American lives. You never see this turn of phrase when speaking about France, Norway, Turkey, Yemen, Japan, etc... just totally bizarre
