Four serving soldiers from @RYORKS_REGT complete the ‘Worlds Toughest Row Pacific’. Five weeks across the biggest of oceans in the tiniest of rowing boats. First Army team ever to have done it 💪💪💪💪 @army_ocean_row @armyjobs @ArmySportASCB @Army_Engagement @BFBSSport

Congratulations to Pacific One! After 35 days at sea they have completed the World's Toughest Row - Pacific 2023! 🙌 #pacific2023 🌺 Monterey, California → Hanalei, Kauaʻi

I was lucky enough to fly in an @AeroLegendsUK Dakota up to #Breighton this weekend to support @4PARAREG What an experience! Awesome crew - nostalgia dialled up to 10. #normandy80 is going to be quite something.

A brief update on ORCAs current and future crossings for @toughestrow - Pacific As @PacificOne5 from the @RYORKS_REGT are out at sea, Pacific Two are launching their campaign 🚣🏻‍♀️🚣🏻‍♀️

Spare a thought for the @RYORKS_REGT team currently rowing across the pacific to Hawaii for charity. Now on Day 13 of a 45-day epic, sore, tired… happy. #armedforcesday @StMichaelsFdn @YoungMindsUK @toughestrow @MadCowFudge

@PacificOne5 going strong on Day 13 of the ‘world’s toughest row’. It’s been a struggle to escape the clutches of the Californian coast but the boys are digging deep. Now hoping for some better conditions as they push on. @Army_Engagement @ArmyAdvTrg @ArmySportASCB @RYORKS_REGT

I did a thing in Iraq yesterday.

Command College hosted a lecture on Planning process and Decision Making Stages. Excellent opportunity to get inspiration on faculty and curriculum development within the military education sector. #Workingtogether4iraq and mutual exchange of experiences is what NMI is made for.

My daughter took part in the Menin Gate last post ceremony. I still find it a very special thing that a state school like @GordonsSch can produce a pipes and drums band - especially one that sounds like this…

🇮🇶 Iraqi officer cadets of the 1st Military College practicing their urban skills #herofactory @IraqNato @SpencerGuard

Such is unity among the @IraqNato advisors from all nations, our friendly office German🇩🇪 is slowly transforming…

Such a good relationship developing between @IraqNato and Iraq’s Military Academy. UK officers and SNCOs at heart of it, delivering superb training and education at ‘The Hero Factory’

#NMI PSE Div advisory team held a 4-D workshop at the 1st Military College focused on the "orders process" & how it links 2 planning & decision making process. It was a success & provided an opp 2 share #knowledge & strengthen relationships btw NATO & #IAF #workingtogether4Iraq🇮🇶

‘Hero Factory’, such a great name for Iraq’s officer training academy. Productive working group, tour of museum, signed the visitor book and received another gift for @IraqNato Iraqi warmth and generosity is humbling.

In London with a senior military delegation from Iraq this week. Explored themes around training design and management, leadership and instructor development - all great stuff to help deepen @IraqNato relationships. @UKinIraq @DefAcUK @RMASandhurst @HqItg @ARITC_ASLS @modmiliq

Just found this photo in an old email account. Brings back so many memories - the trouble, the expense, the worry… but also the joy, pride and inner peace. I loved that old Volkswagen.

Said our farewells to an impeccable @London_Regt officer today as he completed his last advisory visit in @IraqNato He has been a great example of the quality and diversity the Army Reserve bring to a mission.
