I sincerely wish for all churches to first google labor & EEO regulations before sending out those job postings & contracts. For example, states are beginning to require salary disclosures on job postings. That's such an easy lift and doesn't violate the laws.
“Aggressive” is a trait that I never ever want in a pastor. This job posting has so many 🚩🚩!
