After having made plans for 70cm Meteor scatter for over a year I was pleased to make my first QSO via the Perseids this year. Given the difficulty of 70cm MS this ~23sec burst is just unbelievable! Both of us caught the same meteor trail. WOW!!!😀📡☄️ #hamradio #meteorscsatter

The autumn phase of transequatorial prop has begun. Today the levels of FR4OO and 3B8FA exceeded 0 dB in Q65-30B, for the first time QSO FT8 and FT4 were conducted via TEP, stable decoding, not like during spring TEP. Looking for the new stations. #tep #144MHz #VHF

Does anyone have any spare Morse keys to help?

We had SEVEN pupils turn up for our morse code class at radio club today 😱. I'm going to need some more straight keys I think 🤣

I remember when 774khz at Shurdington came on air carrying Severn Sound way back when. I wonder what far off places it has been logged in?

Just worked GB3RS on 40m. Merv G4KLE was operating and said he was using the late King Hussein (JY1)’s gear including a gold paddle! Fantastic. @theRSGB
