Being an outspoken woman, especially from a minority ethnic background, can often bring out the worst in people. Add in jealousy and internalised misogyny and itโs a toxic mix. We always need to be vigilant of this and call it out when we see it.

Yesterday at @Stanford I made prison food for one of my presentations. We looked at the cost of items that was used to make the items and correlated the amount of hours someone would have to work to make this food. Imagine if you worked these hours for some type of meal.
