"As an SHP tenant or leaseholder you have a dedicated Housing Manager". My 'dedicated' HM was Verity Manjang who 'doesn't deem this garden untidy or significantly overgrown'!! Should have gone to Specsavers! @Specsavers

If a white resident is given 1 week by SHP to address their overgrown garden, but a black resident is given 5 weeks by the same organisation, is this discrimination? 🤔 Or worse?! 😬

SHP emailed about this garden on 13 July 2023. This photo taken on 21 August 2023. No action taken until 11 June 2024 because SHP had only "recently" found out!! 11 months = recently?! 🤔

SHP gave me, a white resident, ONE WEEK to address my untidy garden or I would have to pay for any work SHP undertook. This garden belongs to a black resident. SHP informed 11 months ago. Discrimination? 🤔

I emailed multiple addresses at SHP on 13 July 2023, yet they claimed on 11 June 2024 they 'only found out recently about this overgrowngarden'!! 🤔 11 months is 'recently'?!! 😬 Photo taken 18 July 2023.

Sarah Holland-Baker at Sutton Housing Partnership states: "we had a lot of rain which would have made mowing any grass difficult". 🤔 The garden is paved!
