my fav chatGPT prompt so far: Based on all of our interactions, what is the question that I should be asking, but am not?
The more entropy change you reverse, the more money you make.

Amazon uses a specific approach to product development. Instead of working forward, they work backward. Works at any company with any type of product in any industry. Let me explain 🧵
Today marks my 19th year in Recruitment—a wild journey filled with profound learning and gratitude towards those who supported me: my wife, parents, business partners, team members, clients, and candidates whom I deeply cherish. To celebrate, I want to share impactful books that…
In business and life, you must be a dog on a bone. Never give up on problems, or else they come and get you later. They don’t simply go away. Face your issues head-on. This way, you remain powerful and not powerless. Being proactive gives you the edge and control over your…

The only way to transform is to first decide, then become. This is true for any area in life. You have to become the person you want to be through daily actions compounded over time.
Life hack: Surround yourself with weapons. Weapon (noun): An obsessed individual who, when brought onto a company, has the ability to 10x their area; goes above and beyond to fulfill the mission, hire more weapons, and elevate the culture and speed of innovation.
Too many people are uncomfortable promoting themselves. Sharing what you create isn't 'salesy'. It's a reward for your hard work. If you never talk about what you're building, nobody can benefit from it. What a waste.
Just found an old note from myself 12 years ago. I talked about my $10,000 per month income goal. Reading it got me pretty choked up. All this to say, no matter where you’re at in your journey. You’ve just gotta believe with all your fucking heart that you’re gonna make it.
Do once now, and you won't need to do it again. Quality of work is everything.
We don't rise to the level of our goals; we fall to the level of our systems.
Founders have been brainwashed to believe in a false trade-off — that high achievement means sacrificing relationships and personal freedom. You don't have to choose between a successful business and freedom. Success is an OS. With the right systems, you can have it all.
