This little Vortex86DX2 933MHz system is a pretty fun #MSDOS machine. Sound Blaster emulation works pretty well through the Intel HD Audio chip via SBEMU. Plus you can mount SD cards and USB sticks in DOS and use USB keyboards and mice.
