Cant believe im about to be 30 lol i think the greatest gift i can give myself is clarity and good health. Really focusing on my wellbeing. Doing the work and truly enjoying every step of the way nomatter how hard it gets.
Working on my body has been something ive never been super consistent with. But lately ive been doing alot of low impact workouts and ive been feeling so at peace while getting this body right . A little weight lifting nothing crazy though.
Oh yea one thing im kinda happy about is that i get to have medical insurance through my job or w.e even tho its a scam😁
Obviously wasn’t curated for the entrepreneur/ artist It was perfectly curated for the slave life. Or if u have a passion thats in the 9-5 career choices . Nah like its almost unfair. They need to change some shit. What happened to the 4 day work weeks happening?
Adulting be so annoying like who created this way of life. Working 9-5pm the sunlights gone and now u gotta think about what you want to eat should u work out should u meditate, should u work on ur art( if ur an artist) all in just 4-5 hrs of what u have left of the day.
My job is making me fall behind but Im trying to find ways to cope through it by self caring and working out. Next thing i need to do is make a list of things to tackle with my actual dream career. Since i altered it a bit.
