@LDC_Uganda an institution buckling under the weight of an impossible mandate. The time to liberalize is now, not tomorrow 😰 In the short and medium term, what possible rush is there in expediting a graduation without the possibility for supplementary exams or even appeals? 🤦♂️
LDC issues … Other issues raised aside, is there any teaching institution in Uganda with a failure rate like LDC’s? What could be the problem? Is it the hardest course in Uganda, or it attracts weak students? Is it about the quality of teachers/teaching?
