First Imran and Co abused the US; now they are grovelling at Congressional feet. Then the US was Evil. Now it is a saviour. The campaign to get Pakistan sanctioned isnt about domestic politics. If Washington were looking for a Trojan Horse, it has got one here. Ready to ride.

How many mass shootings will it take for us to put the politics aside to reduce the gun violence problem we have in this country? We have A LOT of problems in our country that need to be addressed, but that isn’t an excuse to turn this one into a fight along party lines.

The voice is a brand of politics that divides us into ethnic and cultural categories. It is patronizing. It treats Aboriginals as a permanent victim class and indulges the absurd notion that Aboriginals should be wounded by events they learned in history class. Reject racism.

I know being from Malaysia, you aren’t too familiar with US politics. States have the 10th Amendment that limits the federal government to enforce mandates on them. There were no executive orders by the Trump federal government mandating those policies. FAIL

The mandates happened when Trump was in office. Are people’s memories this short?

It's crucial to recognize the impact of policies on the lives of ordinary citizens and push for accountability from powerful corporations. Let's continue to engage in thoughtful and informed analysis to create a fairer and more equitable society. #workersrights #economicjustice

Shout out to all the folks who promised that this outcome would never happen and implied that those of us who fought to protect working people in NYC from getting fleeced by Amazon were “economically illiterate.” I look forward to your next analysis! 🙂
