Tyrrell has hit virtually every fairway and green today, yet he can’t stop himself complaining about the course. He’s one of a kind that’s for sure!

LIV Golf looks likely to be heading to Japan in 2026. There was rumours it could happen as early as this year, but CEO Greg Norman was in the region over the last few days to launch LIV Golf Korea in 2025 and meet with the Japan Golf Tour Chairman with plans for next season.…

Love these comments from Rory about the US Team potentially being paid to play in the Ryder Cup. It clearly just means more to the Europeans 👏 🇪🇺

Cam Smith shot an opening bogey free, 7 under, 64 to take the lead of the NSW Open by 1 from his Ripper teammate Lucas Herbert. Check out the crowds walking down the fairways following their home heroes. So cool 🇦🇺 🎥 @EvinPriest

This is bonkers. We’ve had a report today that US players are going to be paid $400k each for playing in the Ryder Cup and now fans are going to be fleeced $927 + $210 in fees just for a one day ticket by the PGA of America. The Ryder Cup going to a municipal course should be…

Unbelievable @rydercup ticket prices for Sunday rounds. This isn't resell. This is the price for a single ticket! $210 in fees!? This is disgusting. @NoLayingUp @TronCarterNLU @TheShotgunStart @BrendanPorath

James Corrigan reports that Team USA Ryder Cup players could soon be paid for competing. It is believed the figure $400k per player has been put forward and is likely to be ratified at board level. There are no plans for European players to be paid at the moment. Patrick Cantlay…

It was cool to see Cam Smith - playing a state open in a regional town - invite a couple young pros (Elvis Smylie and Jack Buchanan) for a NSW Open prac round and throw a few balls up to work out who was teaming with him and Lucas Herbert. Smith/Buchanan 1 up over Herbert/Smylie

"I've always wanted to play [more state tournaments in Australia], but didn't have the time. I feel like it's ... not our duty to do it, but it's just a nice thing to do. So, why not do it?" Cam Smith from the NSW Open today: australiangolfdigest.com.au/not-our-duty-b…

Take a few minutes and watch my interview with Nick Carlson. THIS is what Q-school is all about.

'I was so nervous. I was shaking.' Nick Carlson was working as a substitute teacher 6 months ago. Today, after coming through First and Second Stage, he made the 72-hole cut at Final Stage to guarantee playing status in 2025 👊 #DPWTQSchool | @acaseofthegolf1

25 year old Austin Eckroat made 11 birdies in a final round 63 to win the WWT Championship by 1 shot. It’s his 2nd PGA Tour win after a stunning amateur career, where he was a 4 time all American and played Walker Cup in 2021. Absolute flusher! 🔥🇺🇸

From PGA TOUR

67 year old Bernhard Langer shot his age 3 days in a row to win the Charles Schwab Cup by 1 shot, making it 18 consecutive seasons with a win. It’s his 47th win on the Champions Tour and 124th total worldwide victory. He’s an absolute machine!

Austin Eckroat has made 10 birdies in 14 holes to take a 4 shot lead at the WWC Championship on the PGA Tour. Elite level pros are taking it mega deep every week now. It’s crazy how low they go!

From Golfbet

Vincent Van Veen shot opening rounds of 74 and 73 at DP World Tour Q School to be nowhere near the top 20 who gain cards for 2024. He then shot a bogey-free, 12-under, 59 with a back 9 of 28 to jump up to T21 at the halfway stage and is now right in the mix. Golf is a crazy game!

Thriston Lawrence, Rasmus Højgaard and Paul Waring have all mathematically secured their PGA Tour cards for 2025 via the DP World Tour prior to the Race to Dubai final next week. The dual card players did incredibly well this year, with standout seasons for first time PGA Tour…

Only the top 3 in that list are PROJECTED as locks for @PGATOUR next year before the last counting event #DPWTC ! ✅@ThristonL@rashoejgaard@PaulWaringGolf
