I almost fell victim to the Diderot Effect. It all started with wanting an oven range hood instead of a microwave. Then I thought we should upgrade the cabinets. The countertops could also be replaced while we're at it... The solution is simple: I won't get the range hood.

I decided to give Oura ring a try. It’s good for tracking sleep but I also put it to a test to track my heart rate. Zone 2 training it’s harder than I thought. I had to pack 20lbs and maintain a brisk walk to achieve an ideal heart rate. Burned barely ..240 calories.
