Uber Barcelona- don’t bother pre-scheduling a ride in this city. 4 of my 5 scheduled rides have been cancelled moments b4 pickup. What’s the point of being able to schedule a ride if drivers cancel with no accountability. Missed a tour because of irresponsible driver @Uber

A big thank you to @CDrailways for completely messing up an otherwise very simple train ride from Prague to Munich. 90 minutes late, and never even made it to Munich plus two extra train transfers to finally get there. No explanation, no staff on train. Pathetic!

Stuck on Alaska airlines flight 259 from SAN to KOA. I’d like to give a hearty round of thanks to the idiot passenger in 15F who felt the need to fly while incredibly sick and decided to cough openly without covering her mouth the ENTIRE FLIGHT. #stay home
Flying a red eye on United tonight in first class and the plane is awful. Makes me realize how fortunate I am to be able to fly about 95% of the time on #deltaairlines where pride in ownership and customer service are part of their DNA.
Fabulous checkin today (NOT)at #ATL in Terminal 2 TSA Pre-check. Bag screened by TSA agent who disinfected her screen for 5 minutes and never logged on or looked at bags on her screen (log-on screen clearly visible) #TSA not keeping us safe in the skies this way.

Nightmare car rental experience at Avis Kona location on the Big Island. Absolutely filthy vehicle, bait and switch up-sell and incredibly rude and inept service agent making for a terrible start to our vacay. @Avis should be mortified
Love the Sky Club but can't afford to renew - no way to cancel on line and Sky Club at SAN less than helpful. @DeltaSkyClub
