We are Faith Voices for Reproductive Justice and we exist because people of faith in Northern Ireland have many different beliefs, thoughts, feelings and experiences when it comes to abortion. Here's a glimpse of our story. For more, visit …ithvoicesforreproductivejustice.co.uk

We're privileged to have worked with 3 other wonderful faith groups on a joint submission to the consultation on RSE. Make sure you have your say before it closes tomorrow. consultations.nidirect.gov.uk/de/rse-consult…

Join us tonight at 7pm for what will be a really insightful and powerful discussion about the reality of growing up in faith communities that refuse to engage with sexuality or reproductive experiences.

Have a listen to our coordinator @KellieTurtle discuss her PhD research on faith and abortion on the first episode of Season 2 of @TheNornIronPod We agree that is time for more recognition of the diversity of religious views on abortion and other issues! open.spotify.com/episode/4Y56SW…

We've finally found our way on to Instagram so follow us there as a great way to keep up to date with our work! instagram.com/faithvoicesfor…

Have a look at this useful consultation guide produced by the women's sector. And come along to our event on Wed 8th Nov 7pm at St. Christopher's (The Larder) for a faith-based panel discussion.

Don’t let misinformation harm the next generation! Have your say and respond to the RSE Consultation to make sure our young people are educated and empowered. Read the Women’s Policy Group guide shorturl.at/eAX04 Respond to the consultation tinyurl.com/RespondRSE

RSE in post-primary schools is changing and we can all give our views in a public consultation. If you support young people receiving unbiased, factual information about love, bodies, sexuality & reproduction come along on Wednesday to find out how you can participate. Pls share!

Oct is pregnancy and infant loss month. The wise and courageous feminist theologian Karen O'Donnell has a book that we recommend, The Dark Womb. It's the first book to explore a theology of pregnancy loss. If you've experienced loss you might find these prayers helpful.

After my own experiences of pregnancy loss, I wrote a book called The Dark Womb which was aimed at taking miscarriage seriously in theology. As it’s #BabyLossAwarenessWeek & #WaveOfLight I thought I’d share some of the prayers I wrote in the book @SCM_Press

This year, we countered the “Red Mass” and instead celebrated the “Green Mass” — a public witness to make it clear that we see the church’s crusade to influence the Supreme Court as a terrible injustice.
