The OPAL trial findings provide strong evidence that opioids should not be prescribed to people with acute back and/or neck pain.

"Big Promo" or "Big Oh-No!"? The new TLC Reality show will be loved by crack addicts, but I worry this will only give naysayers more fuel for their fire. Having a chiro say "power on" and "nerve pressure" won't build confidence in the profession. buff.ly/3NlfPPm

This one has been in my Up Next queue for months. Only 13 minutes in and I'm intrigued with Dr. Gorrell's story. I wish I had heard this kind of insight while I was still a chiropractic student interested in research.

New podcast episode with Dr. Lindsay Gorrell. Dr. Gorrell and I discuss her research regarding spinal manipulation, the vertebral artery and reporting of adverse events. chiropracticscience.com/podcast/drlind…

Trying to change chiro education from the inside out is hard… but having the self doubt that comes with it, is WAY worse. “What if the evidence right now is wrong?” “What if this is an exercise in futility and nothing will change?” What if I’m not good enough to see it through?”
