Honestly can’t stand this ownership a bunch of egos that thought THAT summer window was ever gonna compete in the premier league what happened to we’re on the thin line of ffp or has thag gone out of the window now they have seen how bad they recruited #SaintsFC

🚨 @David_Ornstein on Martin: “The view of him is high, not only inside Southampton & the ownership, but outside as well. There's a feeling perhaps the players have not been good enough, & they're going to need to do something in the January window.” #saintsfc @NBCSportsSoccer

last Saturday at 5:30 about 8 of the players put posts out couldn’t wait to celebrate it and with messages like Trust the process, another loss and the players go back into hiding no apologies to the fans travelling 3 hours for that 2nd half performance cowards #SaintsFC

Come on the spurs get it back to 2-2

We’re down it’s finished

Spurs if you lose this I cba anymore

Listening to him speak and obviously on the pitch he’s magic but I am absolutely gutted we didn’t get Matt oriley seems like a absolutely great lad but more importantly a top player however even if we did have him think we would still be in the same position #SaintsFC

God look at the state of the club briefing all this to the media to pretty much tell the fans we’re pissing a season down the drain it’s disgusting honestly sport republic are a disgrace #SaintsFC

🚨 Morale remains high in the #SaintsFC camp, with the players still firmly behind Martin's policy and philosophy. [via @nickmashiter]

Should of been done in the summer first summer back in the premier league and you don’t appoint a director of football it’s criminal and you could tell there was no DOF by the likes of Cornet which was just a panic buy to appease fans #SaintsFC

It is likely that #SaintsFC will appoint a new Director of Football who will oversee the Sport Republic group. [via @nickmashiter]

We’ve had these owners for nearly three years, now is the time to start asking some uncomfortable questions. We have no director of football and a squad that’s not been built well. Overall, there have been more bad calls than good ones… #SaintsFC

Not much Southampton can do about that first half to be honest. Cunha running straight through a big hole where downes would’ve been for the goal, and a mind boggling VAR decision to disallow the equaliser. We’ve been the better side so far #saintsfc

Sam Amo-Ameyah on the bench, Cornet is going back in January. Absolutely shit signing.

Your #ThreeLions for their final camp of 2024! 🦁

we’re witnessing Adam Armstrong struggle to take on a 39 year old Ashley Young and missing at every given opportunity it’s so over

SAA not being able to play after the brilliant pre season he’s had over BBD or Cornet is a complete shambles from RM. He was superb against Cardiff a few rounds a go… I don’t get it. #SaintsFC

Manning Cornet Adam Armstrong Sulemana Sam Amo Ben Diaz Lallana Joe Aribo All the above are better options then playing Ryan Fraser at left wing on Saturday. #SaintsFC

Thought the first half was decent then we let them have hope which is the worse thing to do with an awful set pieces then suga down his side gives cannon the freedom of Africa with les giving the ball away cheaply players like les just look lethargic tonight #SaintsFC

Thought cornet was gonna be a bridal g signing absolutely gash player can’t run and can barley trap a ball yet again great summer recruitment from the board #SaintsFC
