Tim Apple: Canoo's Market Cap is $32B

@eth60767935

Canoo has $3B sales pipeline and that is without even tapping the consumer segment. A second mega micro factory in Pryor paves the long runway for years.

MSN says "Earnings beat" for canoo. Looks too good to be true 😂 $GOEV

So after showing green ticks on bunch of R&D milestones, @hyliion is now at testing and validation stage. This is where it fell apart with Hypertruck. Since promised revenue is about 6 months away we will hopefully see soon if there is another pivot or revenue is postponed $HYLN.

The good: Execs and suppliers to be paid in stock. Pawned paint shop secured which was the biggest complaint of furloughed staff. OKC labelling confirmed to be legal. The bad: production target of EOY 24 moved to EOY 25. $GOEV

Canoo's furloughs are probably linked to Trump win. The win probably means the DOE loan will not happen $GOEV

Hey @TonyAquila8020, should i buy the dip or you wouldn't recommend that anymore? I have been buying since Aug/Sep 2020.

800 employees were always too much. OK was always a dry land in terms of quality talent. Pivot to Bicester UK is coming as it has established workforce that can produce with robots in micro factory style needing fewer people than US. $GOEV

SOP 3 cancelled? In true Canoo fashion another pivot is on cards when its time to deliver goods? I bet the next pivot is SOP 4 in Bicester with a "run-rate" of 20K by EOY 2025. $GOEV.

Anyone have any idea if it’s true? Canoo big furlough if true. $GOEV not sure if it’s real or fake news

Tony has loaned money to Canoo which can be classified as unsecured debt at 11% pa. Repayment is due in a year which can be paid by revenues. In case of no rev. pushes need for dilution by a year. Also gives the impression real revs are very close. $GOEV

Greg has called the company canoodo. May be its right to avoid "no" for good luck. $GOEV youtu.be/v_Q37Rs6EHw?si…

This is the first time i have seen censorship on replies from Canoo. $GOEV

The news is Canoo's battery assembly plant in Pryor has no signs of activity and the high voltage equipment is still lying unused and possibly in smaller numbers than earlier seen. This facility was supposed to be the most ahead in terms of production readiness. $GOEV.

Apparently the email was real as confirmed by someone else who got it. It said Canoo is currently delivering its LDV130 commercial van. Its exciting if its true but at what rate is to be seen. $GOEV

Be aware of spruikers claiming to have received communication from @canoo about production or deliveries. Caught one and he deleted. $GOEV

Hi @Canoo is there a plan to save warrants of retail traders that expire next year?

Just for context $4 is 17 cents a share pre-split. The retail warrants are expiring next year. CFO's "if it takes longer it takes longer" sounds like there is no plan to save retail warrants. $GOEV

Hate to see canoo with the looser pack $GOEV

Respect to @realThomasHealy and @Hyliion for having the courage to pivot! $HYLN

Troubling quote from the CFO of Canoo "if it takes longer it takes longer". They know they have investors by their balls down 95%-99% and they can simply refuse to show or promise progress $GOEV

Greg the CFO of Canoo pretty much dashed hopes of any meaningful production soon by saying this ? "we need to see where we end up at the end of this year and where we are specifically on supply chain to be able inform us for the 2025 and guidance" $GOEV
