Excited to share the first preprint from the Colpitts lab! We show that a natural product from green tea inhibits diverse #coronavirus infections, paving the way for broad-spectrum CoV antivirals. Great work by PhD student @emmavleblanc! #newPImilestone biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

The province made a huge change to vaccine rules without making an announcement or issuing a press release. Anyone 18+ can now get a Moderna/Pfizer vaccine at a participating pharmacy.

It was our pleasure to write this @CellCellPress preview highlighting the excellent work of @raflynn5 and colleagues identifying and characterizing the SARS-CoV-2 RNA interactome. Lots of exciting insights into RNA virus biology! #virology

"SARS-CoV-2 RNA: Exclusive friends and common foes" @CellCellPress Thank you to @emmavleblanc and @colpittsc for the very nice preview that includes discussion of our (@Satpathology @juliabelk @WilenLab) SARS-CoV-2 ChIRP-MS work! cell.com/cell/fulltext/…

Warning: These photos are disturbing. I was taught by my grandmother that it's my duty to never turn my eyes away from human suffering-to never invite others to ignore the pain. Please share Dr. @Krupali's thread of the unfolding humanitarian disaster, that is #India

I was taught to use person-first language and am glad I read through this thread to re-learn from community members!!

A paper about autistic adults on which I am a coauthor was just desk rejected for not using person-first language 🙃
