Where do I find VS 2019 Community installer now? Need it for older SSDT/SSIS
First time on here in like a month, never thought that'd be said. Hey, did Elon electrocute himself with neurolink?
Woo hoo! I'm excited to be speaking at Nashville's DataTune and sharing how #PowerBI users can get started with #MicrosoftFabric Excited to see @sqlsekou and his family too so this is perfect! (Might have to get my jump shot going!) Register to attend: datatuneconf.com
If ever we wondered how important safety and content moderation teams were at social media companies, the Musk X dumpster fire proves it, all I do is delete and block bots when I do come on here.
An hour of trying to get a Data Flow debug cluster to start wasn't my plan for the evening.
The best-performing statewide GOP candidate in KY: Secretary of State Michael Adams, who strongly rejected stolen-election talk and turned aside a primary challenge He's at 61%. GOP AG candidate at 58%. Cameron at 47%.
It is crazy that @AzDataFactory Data Flow inline source/sink almost always work when identical "dataset" will fail!
I honestly thought the speaker drama would last more weeks and go through tons more candidates.
“There’s no one reason why the county has experienced so much turnover in its election office, but there is little doubt ... Staffers reported finding instructions about important election procedures written on scraps of paper.” @AP apnews.com/article/electi…
I wish maybe Microsoft could vary their color scheme just a bit more. I hit the wrong app almost every day when ADS and Storage Explorer close.
Mind blowing
Today, 199 Republicans said that a guy who helped strategize an election overthrow, formally opposed the election results and STILL won't say that the 2020 election was fair should LEAD the US House chriscillizza.substack.com/p/why-everyone…
Never thought there was real possibility of Jordan becoming speaker.
I strongly encourage voters to utilize our early voting and skip any lines. "By opening days on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, it allows people with restricting work schedules to show up. In turn that means fewer people on Election Day, which means fewer long lines and waits."
So @KYSecState is worried that if more of us don't take advantage of early voting, the privilege will be taken away. Apparently there are some legislators who oppose the convenience of an extra three days and how it relieves the lines on Election Day. kentucky.com/opinion/linda-…
Spent some time (a long time) waiting on ADF Data Flow so tried in Synapse Spark to see if was different, nope, same slow performance...so used my friend SQL Server, was tons faster!
I don't love flying... But the psychology of boarding and disembarking is fascinating. Defies rational thought.
Working in Logic Apps and Log Analytics at same time leads to a lot of time unsure what I am using LA to abbreviate.
Teams versus Slack Jira versus Azure DevOps Would the tool determine where you would want to be? I think a lot is about which you used to.
7 years memory we will always have that time that @stormewarren invited us to squeeze in next to him and Allie in Ryman pews for surprise Tim and Faith show.
