From an Army slide I saw today: <0.5% currently serving - 71% of pop. unqualified to serve - By 2030, it may be 81% - 50% of Soldiers from 7 states (TX, CA, FL, NC, GA, NY & OH) - Of those serving, 79% had a relative who served

I was a single FGO, then a dual mil. Thoughts for cdrs: 1) Take the time yourself and show you have responsibilities in your household. 2) After arrival you tell your people "I don't expect to see you until after you get your household settled" Then show you mean it.

Finally getting this whole 3D printing thing going.

Shoutout to the 524th CSSB for showing the @3IBCTBroncos a new capability within @25thID This machine is able to 3D print howitzer parts that have the same tinsel strength as their metal originals. Helping us get back in the fight while reducing long lead times for parts.

Georgia Tech has developed a new way to test for Covid-19, using saliva — no invasive nasal swabs required. We're using this new method to screen for potential cases in our own community, and testing all of the samples in labs on campus.
