Before you know what direction to sail, you must know where you are located.

Attainment is only there because you can lose it. But attainment also means, it’s not you. You are the one who can attain things. That’s why don’t identify yourself with the attainment.
When you believe in yourself, you have clarity. When you have clarity, you will know where to go.
It’s not the journey or the destination, it’s who you become on the journey to your destination.
Only intention mobilizes energy, only mobilized energy creates something.
Mindfulness is not the absence of thoughts, your mind is full of something that you individually chose as your purpose and intention.
