Bakit ganun @PLDT_Cares palagi nalang talaga?! Everytime may emergency na kailangan magamit ang landline, palaging may issue! Dati walang dial tone, pinalitan ang unit, ngayon may dial tone nga hindi naman gumagana ang keys tapos after 30 seconds busy tone na ang maririnig!
Ang ganda talaga ng timing ng @PLDT_Cares minsan na nga lang magamit ang landline at kung kelan may emergency tsaka walang dial tone! Dafuq!!
Anyone having issues with @traveloka refund requests? Last year I've been told they're coordinating with the airline and the airline told me the same thing. To date, I have not received any update from both parties.
