I’m very convinced that remote work is way less productive. I’d love to see it all come crashing down. I think it’s a fast track to becoming losers like Europe. We’re already heading that way anyways… let’s slow the bleeding.

Yep, and our new startup @HeyGovApp is a bit quirkier. We like to show our personality. Our team gets complements from our new clients. We try to differentiate from the “government-y-ness” that our competitors in GovTech display.
Town Web founded by @dustonio took this approach. He called it quirky. They were quirky compared to all the govtech companies out there and it really helped them stake a position in the market.
And people think we’re crazy by saying to applicants “we don’t look at resumes”. Loom is the answer.
