fear of communication is trauma based. you either feel like your voice doesn’t matter, you think expressing how you feel is going to bring negative consequences, or you’re used to being silenced or invalidated
behind a girl who says “everything happens for a reason” or “it is what it is” is a girl who can’t understand what she did to deserve all the pain and traumas she’s gone through in her life
