Minister @rechievaldez, you're mistaken. This is not something Canada can recruit our way out of. @Ontariosdoctors are facing financial strain, worsened by proposed tax changes. This could threaten physician practices and patient access.

We often criticize ED physicians who go too fast. We worry about the harm they may cause to their patients. The unpopular take is to criticize those who go way too slow. We often fail to worry about the patients they don’t see. The waiting TBS. I worry a lot about them.

There is a lot of data on how horrible it is for medical outcomes to keep inpatients boarded in the ED I don't see enough discussion of how inhumane it is. EDs are not designed to allow patients to sleep. No one would want a loved one to spend 24 hours in an ED We need better
