Fauci, monovalent vaccines will select out vac resistant strains if we rely on them in an attempt to achieve herd immunity. Seeing a delta rate of >60% in vaccinated individuals says it all. Promote vaccinating the vulnerable and relying on natural immunity for others. DYJ
