Re Hoglie Trustees Ltd [2024] NZHC 2832 the stuff of nightmares. You put in to the High Court seeking some rubber stamped directions about the trust you formed in 1992 and Johnstone J reads the trust deed and decides it lacks certainty of objects.
Truly amazing C12 wall paintings at St. Mary’s Church, Ickleton, Cambridgeshire. One of the earliest surviving sets of paintings still surviving in the country & certainly some of the most extensive I’ve seen 🤩😍 (They’re also really hard to photograph, so see thread below…)
