Three things I now get about selling a SaaS app: Selling up for features and letting that drive what you build. Good selling is just helping people with something you believe in. Good marketing + great customer support = huge win for customers. @karaniapp

Lots of folks don't realise that: 1 hour call = 1 full day of lost productivity for a dev Esp if it's in the middle of the day, it throws a wrench in everything. If I have to take a call, I try to do it at the very start of the day so I have the rest to sling code 👨💻
