Like it, or love it, referees are held to a higher standard than everyone else. You can not be caught insinuating bias or personal feelings towards clubs, personnel, or other aspects of the sport.

It’s totally different. Players decisions are based on situations that haven’t happened yet, they’re predicting the future, which other players are trying to change the outcome of. Referees decisions are historic, they’ve happened and can’t be changed…and they can look again!
