How much more time @makemytripcare? It has been 3 weeks now. No reply to emails. @IndiGo6E has processed the refunds. People who booked directly have received it. Made a huge mistake not making my booking directly via the airline website. Reply to @paajiAmbalaWala

Spoken with Air India and they said the refund has been processed in April already but you have no human interaction option where I can speak to a human instead of a bot
