Wire-guided, with a much better picture, but still goes for a decoy. Not sure why he skipped the first target, maybe to avoid trees, or maybe realized it was a decoy--but if so, he didn't keep that suspicion for the other one, which looks much better from above than the side.

The floor escape hatch is still closed; I don't think the crew survived the rollover.

A Russian T-90M "Breakthrough" upside down in an anti-tank ditch, finished off by Ukrainian FPVs.

The Tank Biathlon is a lot different on a two-way range, doesn't it? *OK, technically still a one-way range, since I don't think the Russians get a shot off.

Hegseth doesn't think this is an existential war with nukes, but he believes Putin saying it's an existential war that could lead to nukes... He's either knowingly throwing out word salad to conceal worse motives, or he's an idiot. Or both--it's usually both.

Hegseth: " If Ukraine could defend against defend themselves from [Russia] great but I don't want American intervention driving deep into Europe and making [Putin] feel like he's so much on his heels ..because early on, he was talking about nukes"

It seems like the bot problem isn't solved, after all. And of course it's a blue checkmark crypto account.

Possibly a North Korean soldier; gear isn't great, but still better and more uniform than typically seen on Russians. > Likely wood-furniture AK-74, no optic or suppressor > 2 tourniquets, basic red strap type > He reaches for a pouch that seems to be empty--trying for a med kit?

Bingo. Don't try to raise revenue from something you could tax out of existence. Income taxes are stable because there aren't good alternatives to making money.

wouldn't people just stop buying imported goods? which would force them to raise the tariffs, which would lead to people buying even less imports, etc?

The most realistic training Russians have gotten

🔥 On the night of November 3rd, an unknown UAV struck a tent camp of Russian forces from the 33rd Guards Rifle Division near Novocherkassk, Rostov region. Russian media reports that conscript soldiers were at the training ground.

A general in charge of Russian military construction is corrupt?

Just me, but I suspect the "F-16" destroying Russian aircraft is actually Sergei the worst mechanic in the Russian air force. But this is even better in some ways than a top Ukrainian weapon, because Russia has no counter to sloppy maintenance.

Second Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber downed by Ukrainian F-16, sources claim Russian milbloggers reported a mysterious aircraft downing on Nov. 1, speculating Ukrainian F-16 involvement - potentially the second such incident since 12 October. euromaidanpress.com/2024/11/03/sec…

In addition to the mistreated battle wounds, pancreatitis in a 28-year-old who should be pretty healthy. Pancreatitis can be caused or exacerbated by heavy drinking, because of course.

Yet another staggering story of wounded Russian soldiers sent back to the front lines in Donbas: a 28-year-old who signed his contract on July 11 was sent on his first brutal assault near Toretsk by August 13. By August 19, he’d already sustained injuries and underwent surgery.…
