Why does @virginmedia think it’s okay to leave you on hold on chat for an hour pass you to three different people AND STILL they don’t cancel the account you requested numerous times?
Well @BTCare are a bunch of robbers! Never get their pay go landline! They charge 28p per minute, charges are buried in their website. Am reporting to ombudsman this is daylight robbery! #fail

The whole house buying process in England is so stressful. When are solicitors going to realise they are messing with people’s lives with their lax attitude? The whole chain is in jeopardy due to rubbish solicitors not getting their act together. We need to exchange now!

Oh the joys of @virginmedia FAILURE! My mother has been without her landline for several weeks and still not sorted. Another morning on the phone to talk to your Indian call centre on hold. Last week they lied and said it had been sorted. Clearly not. Complete rubbish.
