My parents just phoned my dad has covid. They went out with friends last Tuesday, all triple jabbed, 7 out of 8 have now tested positive. Please can someone tell me how this jab will help NHS staff and why it should be mandated because I'm at a loss.

So 1000s of triple vaxxed NHS staff are at home isolating so they don’t pass on C19 . But 1000s of NHS staff that are unvaccinated face the sack in April as they might pass on C19 . Surely this isn’t making sense ?
