it’s a slap in the face to us. as a disabled jamaican, the disregard for me + the elderly people around me broke my heart. we should NEVER feel like an afterthought or inconvenience. accommodations are a RIGHT, and said policies should actually be enforced. @FLOWJamaica
what’s the best way to escalate issues w @FLOWJamaica? in store, why are we prompted to indicate if we’re senior citizens or disabled - if no accommodations are given to those groups? is it just to keep up the appearance of “inclusivity?” bc if so, that’s not good enough.
