I didn't really heal until I decided I wanted to. Healing is not something that just comes at you..you have to seek it out, accept you need it and do the work.
All those years that people thought I was ‘doing nothing’ because I wasn’t putting work out in the world, I was doing inner work. Changing my subconscious programming, addressing negative self talk, clearing core wounds, healing my nervous system and training my psychic gifts.
I wanna be a better person. A better friend. A better lover. A better me. Just better.
