Great for spectators, not so much for coaches nerves ๐คฃ First double header weekend and a W on Saturday in SBC then a W on Sunday in SLBA for my U16m squad - both games single digit winning margins. โฅ๏ธ๐

SLBA Cadet Cup winners 2024 ๐ช๐๐ฅ Congrats to our Ayr Storm U16men who yesterday won the SLBA 2024 Cadet Cup final with a dominant performance v Glasgow Fever. Gladiators coach Gareth Murray presented Lewis the cup, then Andy with MVP award for the final. โฅ๏ธ๐ฉ๏ธ๐

Sitting courts side supporting and encouraging 2 of our @ayrstorm U16 starting their referee journey after recent @basketballscot L1 course - I'm sure @kyleacademy_pe and @LoudounAcademy1 will have games for their pupils Evie and Lincoln to do as well.
Great to see another of our U16 who recently did the L1 referee course now putting it into practice: Lincoln making his ref debut in SLBA U14boys game. Even better is 2nd ref also a U16 - Evie, who while has been refereeing a couple of seasons, also did L1 course recently โฅ๏ธ๐ฉ๏ธ๐
