Another example of investors getting hospitality wrong @ yolk where they have macdonald’s style order pods but no seating (a couple of stools, being used to assemble delivery orders, and two outdoor tables). Where is one supposed to meet for coffee these days?

I didn’t make the fish cakes 🫢 but I made the tartare sauce. So quick, so easy and the basics (cornichon, capers, pickled jalapeño, parsley, lemon zest, mayo) are always in the fridge. Had appalling restaurant versions on hols recently 🤷♀️

6 weeks ago I received a 2 inch gash across my throat from an immigrant......... He was a spinal surgeon and it enabled him to access my spine where he replaced two herniated discs and fixed a plate to stabilise my neck. He stopped the pain and gave me my life back #OneWorld
