If you want to know the vibes before a meaningless G162, #BlueJays interpreter Yusuke Oshima is throwing a bullpen today. Looks good, toss him on the playoff roster.

I'm going to take someone out for coffee. If you also want to do something kind, hurry up and visit @BecelCA’s TheKindest.Store. Shop for kind acts. Pay in kindness. Today only! #TheKindestStore #KindHeartsFund thekindest.store/en/product/tak…

Moments after the horrible news that war in Ukraine had begun, I got up & walked through our silent house. Everyone, including our young kids, safely sleeping in their beds. Let's pray for peace, and NEVER forget how privileged & fortunate we are to live in Canada.

#ON Parent question: Before March 2020 school closures, my son was doing soccer, basketball, swim team, Glee Club, Dance Club, & many other activities. He is turning 13 in a month, & after almost 2 years without these activities, I worry he won't return to them. Am I alone?

When we talk about an increase in mental health resources (and we should), physical activity should be a part of that discussion. It gives us so much in terms of physical and mental resilience, and we just took away several opportunities for it.

If being asked to wear a mask in some places during a global pandemic is really the greatest "oppression" you've ever faced in your life, you seriously do not know how charmed a life you've had.

It's really very simple. If you compare vaccination campaigns to Nazism you're a Holocaust minimizer. And Holocaust minimizers have no place in civilized debate or public discourse. #vaccine #COVID19 #antivaxxers

Ya- I’m way over hearing about “underlying conditions” @DrJenGunter I am with you— -for any poor soul that succumbs to Covid. When someone is hit by a car and dies- is it because they had an underlying condition? Jesus people.

Can we please not do this.

Dr. Hinshaw says the 14-year-old had a complex, pre-existing condition that played a role in their death.

Asked about what the number of legit medical exemptions for vaccines would be, Dr. Moore says for allergic reactions - it’s about 1 in 100k, for inflammation to the heart - about 1 I’m 500k.

This was NOT an adverse effect of a COVID vaccination as reported by some anti-vaxx groups. This was the result of an infection. The vaccine would likely have PREVENTED the condition. Myocarditis is about 11x more common with infection than vaccination. apple.news/Ax1k2kzY7T-KMC…
