UPDATE: Turns out the issue was with the power cord/plug no longer working. I ordered a replacement one with the same ampage & it works again!! Crisis averted 🥳🥳
Anybody know any solutions to get this Toshiba Canvio 2TB USB hard drive to actually turn on when plugged in as the issue is that it's not even turning on now, it just switched off randomly while plugged in & now won't turn on at all. Am really desperate

PSA for TOs: Please RT and share Newest switch software update messed up the connection for gamecube adapters (most commonly mayflash but some 1st party as well) if controllers aren't being read, HARD RESTART the whole switch.
Happy to say that my mum's full hysterectomy has been successful, & she should now be cancer free & coming home tomorrow!!!! She'll need~6 weeks to fully recover from the surgery at home, but things have gone excellently & I'm so relieved she's OK ❤❤❤
