Is the customer "always right? Or is it more "buyers are liars"?

Are online reviews a blessing or a curse for contractors? Negative reviews are going to happen, some true, some not so much. How do you address them?

Should contractors be responsible for delays caused by subcontractors, or is it out of their hands?

Is it time to ditch traditional contracts for more flexible agreements? What changes would you make?

Is it fair to charge a premium for 'luxury' materials when they cost the same to install?

Do you believe in 'loyalty pricing' for repeat clients? Is every project a new negotiation?

Should contractors offer discounts for referrals, or does it undercut their value?

Rumor has it some contractors underbid to secure a project, then hike up costs later. Have you ever experienced this practice? Is it shady?

Controversial opinion: Does the construction industry need more regulation or less? Share your thoughts!

Should contractors prioritize speed over quality? Let's debate!

Ever considered firing a client? Sometimes the headache isn't worth it. Thoughts?

Should contractors always disclose their profit margins to clients? Transparency or trade secret?

Is it ethical to charge extra for 'change orders' mid-project? Where do you draw the line?

Does the emphasis on profit margins sometimes compromise the quality of work by contractors? Your clients deserve for you to make a profit. How else can you still be around if they need your for any issues after the fact?

When team building in construction, how do you balance loyalty to long-time employees versus the need for fresh perspectives?
