Attention young hitters if you are watching the playoffs notice the great at bats are aggressive. Do not be passive on the offensive side of the ball.
In college they get 6 days rest In the minors they get 4-6 days rest In MLB they get 4 days rest In high school we give kids with growth plates open with not great routines defined and we create chronic workload on 3-5 days rest. Then we ask why do they get hurt.
I have watched over 50 conference championship games between all conferences as I recover from my surgery and what sticks to me is how important coaches are to players. Coaches championship does not define your success it is your place in those players hearts. #MakeADifference

I’ve been watching a ton of college games and I hope high school catchers are watching you don’t see many ejection mitts or pass balls. Catchers please clean up your receiving it’s critical to the game tempo and your pitchers success.
If you want to be a great infielder please take grounders hundreds a week with game like mentality. Can’t expect it to be there unless it’s your normal.
If your in season and not lifting three days a week please don’t complain when your struggling come July. Strength and Speed are two areas that have to be constant in season. Great players know how to work
